ABOUT DIANE DANEK:

 When I am hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, or of ourse showing property or simply driving to the office, I'm always reminded of what a blessing it is to live and work in such a beautiful setting as the Castle Rock area.  I sold real estate in the mountin community of Conifer for three years prior to moving to Castle Rock last year.  In addition, I sold real estate in the Atlanta area for over 10 years helping buyers and sellers in all phases of life and price ranges reach their goals.  In 2011 when given the opportunity to come back to our home state of Colorado, we humped at the chance.  My  husbhand of 35 years, Geoff, and I have made Colorado our home since 2011.  We have three grown sons and one beautiful 5 year old grandson and twin grandsons who just turned 19 months old who also all reside in Colorado.  Two of our sons served in the millitary so we are a patriotic flag flying family.  We are reminded every day how lucky we are to have family and life-long friends so close by and enjoy the wonders of outdoor Colorado living with them at every opportunity.  I am inspired every day to help others achieve their goal of living in our community and welcome the opportunity to support others as they purse their dreams of home-ownership.  Serving the client and keeping their needs first is and has been an important foundation of the success I have experienced.  At Erin Morse and Associates, my mott is sipole, "When a team of hard working professionals with like values come together, they can assure their clients a breadth and depth of the highest and best real estate services."
